With over 30 years in the environmental consulting and contracting industry, James Dallas's expertise includes asbestos inspections and mold and indoor air quality assessments for residential and commercial properties. He is a recognized expert in the IAQ field.
James currently serves on the Ocean County College Environmental Management Advisory Board since 2021. James is the past chairman of Monmouth-Ocean Development Council‘s Energy & Environment Committee and past president of the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce. He is a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) and EPA/AHERA-certified Asbestos Building Inspector.
